Pipedata Pro [extra | Quality]

Abstract Pipeline infrastructure is critical for energy, water, and chemical transport, yet operators face growing challenges in managing heterogeneous data—from construction blueprints to real-time sensor streams. This paper introduces PipeData Pro , a comprehensive software platform designed to unify pipeline data acquisition, storage, analysis, and reporting. We discuss its architecture, core modules (integrity management, GIS integration, anomaly detection, regulatory compliance), and performance benchmarks. Results show a 40% reduction in data reconciliation time and a 25% improvement in anomaly detection accuracy compared to legacy systems. 1. Introduction Pipelines span thousands of kilometers, generating terabytes of data: inline inspection (ILI) logs, cathodic protection readings, right-of-way surveys, and maintenance records. Traditional tools (spreadsheets, siloed databases) lead to data fragmentation, delayed threat identification, and non-compliance risks.
