Double-click HubMode and set its Value data to 0 (zero). If it doesn’t exist, right-click → New → DWORD (32-bit) → Name it HubMode → Set value to 0 .

In the Folder Options dialog, look for the Open File Explorer to: dropdown menu.

Restart File Explorer (open Task Manager, right-click "Windows Explorer" → Restart).

On the right pane, find the HubMode key. Double-click HubMode and set its Value data to 0 (zero)

Press Win + R , type regedit , and press Enter.
