You might have scrolled past it a hundred times. Inside IvyLearn, look at the left-hand global navigation menu . At the very bottom, above your name, you’ll see a “Help” link.
We’ve all been there: It’s 11:00 PM, your assignment is due at midnight, and IvyLearn won’t load your quiz. Or maybe you can’t find your course, or the video player keeps buffering.
Before you contact support, take a screenshot of the error message or a screen recording of what’s happening. Then, when you open the chat, type: "I need help. I am trying to [submit a quiz / upload a file], and I get error code [X]." This cuts troubleshooting time in half.
