Open the Magisk App . Step 2: Tap on the middle button at the bottom labeled "Uninstall Magisk" (the trash can icon). Step 3: In the pop-up menu, select "Complete Uninstall" . Step 4: The app will ask for root permissions. Grant it. Step 5: Magisk will automatically remove its binaries, restore the stock boot image (if it has a backup), and then uninstall itself. Step 6: The device will reboot automatically. When it turns back on, Magisk will be gone. You can uninstall the leftover Magisk app icon manually. Note: If you see an error saying "Stock backup does not exist," you must use Method 2 or 3 below. Method 2: Uninstall via Custom Recovery (TWRP) Use this method if your phone won't boot (boot loop) or if the Magisk app is missing/crashing.
Boot your phone into custom recovery mode (usually TWRP). This is done by powering off, then holding Power + Volume Up (or the key combo specific to your phone). Step 2: Once in TWRP, tap Install . Step 3: Navigate to and select the Magisk APK file (yes, the APK, not a ZIP—TWRP can read APKs as ZIPs). Step 4: TWRP will recognize the file as a Magisk installer. Swipe to confirm the flash. Step 5: You will see a menu. Choose the option that says "Uninstall Magisk" . Step 6: Wait for the script to complete. Then tap Reboot System . uninstall magisk
