Look for the tab that says Blocked users (sometimes labeled "Hidden users").
Under the "Privacy" section, tap Hidden users (or "Blocked users"). unblock youtube user
So, how do you undo it?
Go to YouTube.com and make sure you are signed into your account. Look for the tab that says Blocked users
You will see a list of everyone you have blocked. Find the person you want to unblock. unblock youtube user
