In TWRP: Wipe → Advanced Wipe → Dalvik, System, Data, Cache (NOT internal storage or microSD). Then Install → Select the LineageOS ZIP from microSD → Swipe to flash . Then Install → Select Open GApps ZIP → Swipe . Finally, Wipe cache/dalvik again. Android 6
