✅ Refunds are available up to 2 hours before the showtime via your booking confirmation email. ✅ In-theater purchases: Requests must be made at the box office before the scheduled start time. ❌ Late or missed shows: Generally non-refundable, but you may exchange tickets for a future show (fees may apply).
