Don’t lie to me.” ACT TWO — The Two Worlds Collide Scene 4: Tariq’s old crew — Cane, Dru, Diana Tejada (children of drug queen Monet Tejada) — corner him in the library. They run the school’s underground drug network. Cane, the muscle, shoves Tariq: “Your father’s empire fell. We need you to move weight for us.” Tariq refuses. Detective Blanca Rodriguez (from Power ) interrogates Tariq at the station. She plays the recording of Tariq threatening Ghost before his death. Tariq holds firm: “I didn’t kill my father.” Blanca: “Then who did? Your mother?” Silence. She lets him go — but assigns an undercover cop to watch him: Officer Sax , posing as a student. ACT THREE — The Test Scene 7: Tariq agrees to one “small” Tejada job: pick up a package from a warehouse. Brayden insists on coming. The package is 10 kilos of uncut heroin. As they load it, rival dealers ambush them. Brayden freezes. Tariq pulls a gun (Ghost’s old piece) and kills two men. Brayden, shaking: “You just — you killed them.” Tariq: “No. I survived them.”
