To gain influence, Cesar enters the underground lowrider circuit. He befriends a young, ambitious rapper named OG Loc (pre-prison, just a wannabe). Together, they attract the attention of a corrupt SFPD detective who wants a cut of everything. Cesar must balance loyalty to his crew, Catalina’s backstabbing schemes, and a budding romance with a sharp-minded woman named Kendl – who sees bigger things for him. He befriends a young, ambitious rapper named OG
