Abstract Lifestyle and entertainment have converged into a powerful cultural force that shapes individual identity, social interaction, and economic production. This paper explores the symbiotic relationship between lifestyle choices—ranging from wellness practices and leisure activities to consumption patterns—and entertainment media, including streaming, social media, gaming, and live events. Drawing on interdisciplinary research from sociology, media studies, and psychology, the paper argues that entertainment is no longer a passive escape but an active lifestyle builder. It examines how digital platforms personalize entertainment into daily routines, how celebrity and influencer cultures redefine aspirational living, and the implications for mental health and community. The paper concludes with recommendations for mindful engagement and future research directions.
