However, the cost of internet services remains a significant barrier for many Filipinos, particularly those in low-income households. To address this issue, this paper proposes the concept of "Free eLoad," a innovative approach to providing affordable and accessible internet services to the masses.
The Philippines has made significant progress in terms of internet penetration, with over 60% of the population having access to the internet. However, the cost of internet services remains a challenge, with the average cost of a 1GB data plan costing around PHP 50-100 (approximately USD 1-2).
