Navigate to Settings (Gear icon) > System > Default .
Select your NVR and click the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" icon. factory reset dahua nvr
If you cannot log in, software resets are impossible. You must open the chassis. Navigate to Settings (Gear icon) > System > Default
Remove the cover screws and slide off the top casing. Navigate to Settings (Gear icon) >
Power off the NVR and disconnect the power cord.
