The film had everything: a murder mystery, a look-alike twin twist, and a Greek god physique. The song "Ek Pal Ka Jeena" changed how Bollywood choreographed action and dance forever. Side note: Rakesh Roshan literally had to send a legal notice to a porn star who renamed herself "Hrithika Roshan" to cash in on the hype. That's how massive this stardom was. The music of 2000 was, in a word, legendary . Even if the films flopped, the cassettes (yes, cassettes) sold like hotcakes.
